I couldn't work for a nicer team. This is a group of intelligent, highly committed people. You must be willing to problem solve with autonomy, but a supportive team is there to give feedback and help guide you. Benefits are second to none. Praxis takes care of their people. Company values, Trust, Ownership, Curiosity, Results are more than just decorations on the website: they are lived out in the way of working. You are contributing to impactful work that will change patients' lives.

Cons

These could be considered cons to some: - You will be asked to give %110 percent - but your coworkers will do the same. - Fast-paced is an understatement, this must energize you. - You must embrace autonomy and decision making - you will not always have a guidebook. - You must be receptive to feedback delivered with candor; you must also be bold enough to give this feedback. This elements energize me, but may not be for everyone.
