The business model only benefits the owners as they take 50% margin from teachers/tutors, and then Franchisors also take 10% of revenue (not profit) from franchisees. Franchisors are making $250,000 monthly from their own territory and on top of that 10% of all revenue from the franchisees which mostly seem to be struggling and despite most franchisees struggling, the franchisors still increase costs.
