Pros
As a tech I was paid double time on the weekends. The schedulers made it easy to spend time with family when I needed off. Six times a year PPSI does something for the employees. Every quarter they have an employee fun day here at the shop. Once a year they have an awards banquet celebrating the achievements of its employees. Once a year they have a family fun day where your whole family enjoys a day at a park with the rest of the employees. 401K & Profit Sharing. All 15yr employees get 100% of their healthcare premiums paid. Technicians drive their work trucks home.
Cons
Lack of training using CRM for techs and office staff. Long hours in the field at times.
