There is a health and wellness coach that offers resources to improve in all aspects of your life that people typically struggle with - financial, social, physical, nutritional, emotional. This includes training videos, worksheets and trackers, challenges, and one-on-one coaching throughout the year. Its optional, but you can get rewards for participating. There is a huge variety of work and none of it involves just big box stores. It is pretty flexible to go from one type of project to another to find what fits best for what you like to do. The company is 100% employee owned. Leadership pushes for you to get your PE to be eligible to be an Owner. Lastly, I love my coworkers. I enjoy who I come to work and sit next to everyday. Everyone is so kind and friendly and genuinely wants to get to know you.

Studying for the PE is on your own time and sometimes projects take a front seat to studying.
