As far as policy and procedure, PSB*MARS strives to enforce this equally companywide. Leadership at PSB*MARS undergoes annual training that fosters an open door environment where employees are encouraged to bring issues forward for resolution. Trainings are also provided to keep Leadership knowledgeable and up to date with policy and procedure monthly.
