Pros

Completely remote position Excellent mission statement to enhance the quality of life for neurodivergent adults Some supportive managers and administrators Excellent opportunities to present complex cases on an interdisciplinary team Might be a decent part-time job, but the pay range is unsustainable for full-time employment

Cons

The fee-for-service rate is unfair and non-competitive, and not unrealistic due to the complexity of the client population. The company does not reimburse for CEUs, renewal of licenses in states where the provider is practicing. The company does not reimburse for any work duties outside of the "Fee for Service" structure. Do not receive compensation for mandatory meetings, training sessions, or administrative time for documentation Very poor communication and support from the Team Leader Expensive insurance; unable to afford my own therapist with the company-provided health insurance
