      Good internal (IT) systems and cooperating HR

      Cons

      No definition of work responsibilities, anyone can walk in and create their own rules and throw work at you. Minimum to no monetary growth and disappointing appraisals even for people meeting or over achieving the targets. No opportunities to learn internally and move up.
