Interesting work but disorganized and lacking support

Pros
-Interesting work -solid pay for the location -great co workers who are all in it together and have trust -great exposure to electronics industry and value chain -Rapid iteration protyping culture
Cons
-Site is under represented. Unless you are at HQ you are forgotten. -managers at other sites hog resources to gain power and protect their sites -no career advancement, equity, or support for doing good work -no clear project management and expectations always changing -company as a whole is very disorganized and chaos due to the changes over past 5 years splitting from Dupont. 5 ways to do 1 thing. -supporting the fastest industry with less people post dupont split. Very hard to keep up and people are over worked and burned out. -Layoffs always looming on everyone's mind

Interesting work, easy on occasions, good pay
Cons
Communication is bottleneck at the CLE site. Implementing new changes for growth is out of the question. A lot of favoritism and cliquey. Everyone seems on edge every single day. So many meetings that nobody has time for anything else.
