QTS continues to grow and expand while remaining dedicated to quality and continuous improvement initiatives that help get products to patients faster. The company is very family oriented and provides excellent benefits to their employees.

Cons

Very strict on minimum years required for promotions.

coworkers were always friendly and easy to work, management was always approachable. Onboarding training was by far the best that I have had at any company.

Cons

Sometimes felt overwhelmed due to small size of department.

Pros

The people and the culture there are like no other. I felt welcomed right away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and really wanted me to succeed.

Cons

The company was growing too fast to keep up with the demand. The warehouse area was so backed up that we could not enter in new orders for a long time which meant there were days of doing absolutely nothing.
