Pros
Great team, from top to bottom. Keith is honestly such a good boss, very knowledgeable and involved. The whole team is invested in what you have to say because they want to learn and grow. RDAbbott has been expanding over the years as well, which is a testament to its success but also to its knack for attracting and retaining talented people. They do well in recognizing people's efforts and celebrating birthdays, successes, etc.
Cons
Nothing really. Maybe just the fact that the internships probably need more structure.
