Pros

When I left my last job, I was looking for a company that offered advancement and had a great culture. Rand Group has delivered!!! I have been promoted multiple times since coming to Rand Group. I continue to learn new things about the product I work on, as well as business processes across multiple industries.

Cons

As a manager, the day's planned work can sometimes be interrupted with unplanned client or staff questions. Not really a con, but being a manager in client service might not be for everyone as you have to be able to juggle multiple things.

Great people, collaborative, supportive, great clients. Opportunity to work with diverse clients. I really enjoy the work environment and the ability to work remotely. It's great working on a team with others that have been with Rand Group for many years. Lots of opportunities if you put in the work.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Diverse client base gives exposure to learn multiple industries. Company offers monthly incentive bonus based on utilization. Benefits are great, management encourages training and the work is remote.

Cons

Although remote is great it makes it difficult to build connection with other employees.
