Pros

Coaching and training to perfect your teaching craft, competitive compensation, support from administration and staff, structured yet fun environment where both students and teachers can thrive

Cons

Workload can sometimes be heavy, BUT can be managed if you organize your time well; high stress initially until you get used to the flow and order of things (still an EXCELLENT job in my opinion)
