Pros
The culture at Reynolds & Rowella is friendly and welcoming. Having worked here for only a few months, the staff has welcomed me into their team environment with open arms. The thorough hiring process is clearly successful and is evidenced by the professional and friendly staff throughout all levels of the firm.
Cons
Unfortunately, a long commute for me.

Pros
Firm attracts smart professionals. We have mentor program, annual volunteer day, annual mystery trip, great benefits, career advancement opportunities. Firm culture values a sense of humor while also fostering career development.
Cons
Busy seasons are demanding, of course. The firm is great about accommodating flexible scheduling in spite of the need for greater commitment of time - when you're getting you're work done, there's a lot of trust.
