Cons

No training for new hires. Must be in good with upper management to get credit for hard work & long hours. A regional mgr.states they hate gossip then believes gossip without confirming.

What's that?! There are no pros whatsoever for working at Richman! It's sad that the Company President isn't aware of how poorly the company is run! Shame on her!

Cons

Where do I begin?! Hours, work load, training, management, management, management - oh and did I mention management?! No appreciation of work that is done only harsh treatment for what isn't done.
