Pros

Wonderful students and families to work with, good professional growth opportunities, many very good trainings are offered.

Cons

New employees are expected to perform as veterans do. Paperwork requirements are staggering. While they pretend to have a lot of support for employees, there is little to none. Very little opportunity for advancement unless you are friends with the right administrators. This company allows those in supervisory positions to treat employees very poorly with no accountability. Employees that oppose poor treatment are scrutinized until they resign.
