Pros

Great work/life balance, competitive salaries, excellent benefits. and amazing employment opportunities. Management truly cares about their employees.

Cons

The workforce is largely located across the US due to the nature of the work within the government contracting sector. The company is excellent, though the contract an employee might be assigned to might not always be the best. The management team does their best to make it a positive and productive work environment.
