      Pros

      A lot of hands-on experience, management is nice and they do try to help when they can.

      Cons

      It can feel isolating at times and expect to work seven days a week for 12 hours at a weird time of the days. I worked mainly from 12 am to 12 pm. It all depends on the contract.
