Great benefits and paid time off policy.

Cons

Management was incompetent causing many financial problems and hostile work environment. Many people were fired, reorganized somewhere else, or resigned when they did nothing wrong.

Pros

Some of the best benefits I have ever had ever, in a job. With healthcare being such a commodity, this is solid gold. The pension is amazing 90% of high 3 avg. at 30 yrs. Strong union.

Cons

Typical gov. bs, additional steps and procedures for simple routine tasks.
