Pros

This role has given me the chance to work on so many meaningful initiatives that directly impact employees. I’ve been able to collaborate with leadership, bring ideas to life, and really contribute to shaping the culture. The environment is supportive, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork.

Cons

As the company continues to grow quickly, workloads can be high at times and priorities can shift. There are opportunities to continue improving processes and scaling systems to support growth.

Pros

Flexibility, nicely designed offices, some really great employees who are dedicated to their jobs

Cons

Growing too fast - 24 offices opened in less then 5 years. Focus is no longer about the patient but on the metrics. Everything is measured to the point of micomanaging the amount of time a phone rings. 7 page job descriptions, so many protocols, emails and changes, there is no time to care for patients or be thorough. Not enough staff to cover hours, double shifts, forbidden ot, most original staff have gone. Went from private practice to corporate chaos.

Pros

Doctors and PA's are generally easy to work with. The company is booming and new offices are constantly popping up. Dr. Schweiger himself seems like a nice guy that cares about his employees.

Cons

Most providers and managers are unhappy. This company seems great from the outside but it stunts your growth if you are qualified for more. You are barely trained when you start. They will FORCE you to work 50-60 hours a week as a manager because you will constantly be short staffed (another staff member may not be in your "budget"), you are constantly being micromanaged, A.W "forgets" a lot of conversations and she constantly goes back on her word. They will not allow you to switch offices. You rotate being on call to ALL 20+ offices. They do not care if you are unhappy even when you voice your opinion. If you bring up issues within your office you will be pacified but when it escalates you will be rushed to take action by upper management. The executive manager can be very unprofessional but puts on an act in front of others. This place is run like a factory. Extremely high turnover rate for Managers because they are unhappy with the unprofessional and unfair treatment by upper management. Impossible to take time off. The initial interview made this company and position seem intriguing but it's not real-you have to get everything in writing before signing your employment agreement. No one wants to work for 5 days a week then be forced to come in for a workshop on a Saturday.
