Pros

The various jobs were very laid back and the employees encouraged learning through every level.

Cons

The upper management were a real pain to work with... I suggest not even bothering with applying here because the employee turn over rate is insane! The owner loves to hold rules to specific employees but not his own children who work all throughout the company.
