Silvi is a great company for those who like to be rewarded for hard work. Out of a 650 person company people can feel like they directly affect the growth of the organization. However, management is very good at rewarding those who work hard with promotions, bonuses, encouragement etc. The benefits of this company are also very competitive and include health, vision, dental, short & long term disability, life insurance, PTO days, holidays, overtime for non-exempt employees, a 401K AND a pension for most employees. This is definitely a company where many employees have chosen to stay long term and to retirement.

During an interview management isn't afraid to let you know that this is a company where each individual contributes their share.
