They pay well if you can sell ! It’s mostly commission based and they just have a really great manager there who cares greatly about his employees. Hes always there to give great coaching skills and takes time out of his day to really check on you and see how your doing. I loved working there and the people were also nice too.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say about this company .
