Business Outlook
Pros
Free lunches almost daily (sometimes including beer), after work outings (almost always including beer). Close knit group. Coffee/fresh donuts daily. In-office lunches about twice per month be it fresh made authentic tacos or some grilled up options. Very generous with salary increases and bonuses when company is meeting expectations of upper management.
Cons
Weight gain from partaking in all of the free beer, donuts. Perhaps a bit alienated if not partaking in all of the lunch/after work social stuff.
