Pros

Location is good benefits are decent

Cons

This is the most Ghetto leadership that I have ever experienced working with in my whole entire life. They really do try to intimidate people and they are manipulators and they definitely play games. They will used you to the core they don’t know how to treat their employees. Leadership is trash they gossip and talk behind employees back. HR is just as trash! Once you resign they become mad bitter. Because it damages their “ego. “ I’ve never seen a place in my life that ran off such a power trip. They want to feel like they are in control like they are King Kong is so laughable. They had the audacity to try to intimidate me, you can’t intimidate somebody that number one knows their worth number two knows their value. You can’t play with me I was way too advance for that position. You play with somebody else that can’t do any better than their current circumstances that’s not my story. I set my boundaries. Because I 100% knew that I can do better working for another organization. That was the red flag for me to leave. That job held zero value to my life.’ It wasn’t worth holding onto. The Leadership are some bullies. They have no integrity. They have no problem lying. The tactics they pulled was the reason why I got the heck out of there. It was the best decision I could’ve ever made because I’m making $12,000 more a year than what I was making there. I’m not going to be disrespected by management. The games that they play and their intimidation tactics is the reason why I left. You’re not going to hold a job over my head. When it has zero value to my life. They have lost their mind. Another con: What organization does not invest on providing adequate training for their staff? This is the most poorly is ran organization that I have ever worked for. They promise their practitioners bonuses that in hindsight, they don’t have any intentions on paying them anyway. The turnover rate is extremely high. Even the practitioners don’t stay. Can you blame them? they are better hospitals to work for with better business practices. This organization is now privately own by Prime Healthcare and you can tell because they do not operate from a business professional organization. They rather operate from a ghetto business practice. This is not the healthiest environment. It’s rather toxic and the pay is low. They make you sign a waiver, stating if you have any issues that you will go through their arbitration, which is going to be set up for the benefit of the corporation and not the employee. Therefore, they feel like they can get by with creating a toxic hostile working environment. Leadership is in desperate of some leadership classes. I seriously don’t even know how they even pass the joint commissions accreditation. There are several red flags when it comes to how this hospital is being ran. 🚩 Leaving that organization was the best decision I could’ve ever made for my life. Good riddance!!!!

Pros

Doctors and staff are great. HR dept was great except the HR Director won’t challenge the C-Suite when they need to be held accountable.

Cons

Many. A lot of smoke and mirrors. Raises are nonexistent. They will ask you to do more and you have to fight for a stipend. CBO was a joke. Lots and lots and lots of ill-placed egos. And make sure you’re good at office politics.
