Hiring process is extremely quick and easy. First place I never needed a resume to work at. Background check is easy to pass as long as you don’t have a violent criminal history. Can work up to 4 hours overtime at my job site every day except Saturdays they aren’t open but sometimes the offer overtime hours on that day if there is a need for it/enough people to work for it. Ability to advance in the company quickly into new roles if interested and showing promise.
