Pros
Some very talented people to work with, the leadership is great for people that have experience as they leave you to do your work without a lot of interference meetings etc.
Cons
If you aren't as experienced I could see working here being a bit of a whirlwind experience, its very fast paced and things happen about 50% faster then my experience at other studios, this can result it some missed bugs and quality, but they ship games and add-ons consistently.
