Pros

Major advances in safety, including birdstrike, resistant windshields, glass, cockpit, auto pilot, etc. Dual accreditation with both CAMTS and NAAMTA. Free internal critical care classes for both new and experienced clinicians needing advanced certification. No giant corporate bureaucracy to wade through.

Cons

Pay doesn’t quite match some other services.

Pros

Leadership is fantastic. Provides with tools for team success. Pathway for education. All doors are open

Cons

I love working for SF. Everywhere you work will have politics and something you don’t like. But as far as an employer, it’s the best I’ve ever worked for.
