Micro managed. extremely heavy on numbers and stats when it comes to calls, rooming, messages. One extremely annoying coworker that everyone just had to put up with

1 year of ongoing training & education for new grads & completely paid for especially if it's located far, everything is covered. The environment is welcoming & every department wants you to learn to someday be a part of their team. All are great & so are our leaders.

Cons

Staffing can come short but they won't go out of ratio, if it does happen it's rare.
