ESOP stock, All of us are owners, Support for whatever we need to be successful, Strategic buying power of large company with culture of a small company. Employees are compensated well

Pros

Kline is a large company that maintains that small family feel. The ESOP proves to be an incredible source for retirement year after year. Kline offers more PTO than any other company in the construction sector that I know of.

Cons

There are no cons that come to mind.

Pros

I love working at Kline Electric. Kline Electric is 100 % employee owned. We care about every member on our teams growth so we can succeed as a whole entity. Kline has very competitive pay and offers tons of programs to earn more by practicing safety and great work moral and ethic. I have found my home where I will spend the rest of my working days.

Cons they are hard to think of because of the massive support network at Kline.
