The wage is low, lak of communication, under staffed, over worked, vapeing in building, meds missing , dirty , gross food , meam mangement , horrible rn and no bed side manner .
Pay, scheduling, workload, management, value. I never expect a flawless workplace, but the only thing you are to this company is a body on the floor, your thoughts or feelings don't matter. I honestly had a hard time giving them the 1 star.
