The Key Program provides wonderful training and experience across all entry level jobs. They have a good benefits system and the salaries are very fair based on position. Residential and Outreach jobs are very active.
Cons
Depending on your position, some long hours are required.

Thank you for your comments. We hope that your training and work experience that you had at the Key Program has provided you with upward mobility opportunities as you continue on in your career.
Good trainings. Train/encourage their employees to have a good work ethic. Consistent and they pay attention to the details. I have become a better employee since working here
Cons
No retention. Work schedules are not flexible. Underpaid (it’s a non-profit, not their fault)
Supportive and understanding leadership, although management varies significantly from regional office to office. Offers supervision and will help you in working towards LICSW. Good place to start your career, but always be thinking of the next step because you can't really make a long term career here, unless you are fine with making minimal money.
Cons
The training is subpar. They are heavily focused on maintaining their financial security, which only relies on billable income from DCF, DYS, insurance companies, etc. I would not recommend a long term career here.
