I love that my role is given the freedom to be creative and independent. There's a lot of room for growth and amazing experts within the team that you can always reach out to! From my end, everyone's approachable and I appreciate the professionalism of the team. I really love the office dogs who randomly shows up on large meetings!

The Onset is such an awesome place to be! It's super challenging and interesting, but the best part is that there are so many opportunities to become the best at what you do. Support is always there when you need it! Whether it's through frequent training sessions or the helpful team and management, you're never left hanging. I've actually been with the company for a long time, and it's been incredible to see it grow from 12 people to 50. It's been an amazing journey for me and my colleagues, and I know they feel the same way. Of course, you do have to put in the work like anywhere else if you want to succeed. We've got such a great mix of different cultures and backgrounds, and every one is unique and totally awesome!
