Pros

- Great opportunity for those who would like to begin a career in the outdoor industry - Office is well equipped, comfortable, and has good amenities - Good team based environment - Product has great history and strong foundations within industry - Location is easy to get to

Cons

- Owned and operated by venture capitalist whose main goal is to make money asap - Short term, hurried and incomplete strategies typically outweigh well balanced and sustainable planning - "Customer First" mantra is not supported by good treatment of employees and managerial understanding of employees duties and goals and therefore fails - Nepotism within upper management is a huge problem as outside perspectives are typically shunned even if composed of educated and experienced based fact - Leadership typically falls back to an intimidation form of communicating in difficult or adverse situations - Low pay scales for region

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

The workers are all very nice. That’s all I can say is good.

Cons

The executives don’t care about employees. Managers don’t teach. No upward movement. CEO is a joke and has a dumb bro mentality. Nothing good came out of me working here except me making a couple friends.
