Decent pay and great area to work in.

Cons

That was no training program for incoming plant manager's assistant plant managers. And they really don't care for that workers not enough pay for the amount of hours that they do.

You are desperate for a job so you can pay your bills they have their favored few drivers who suck up to management the rest they dont care about they are back stabbers

Cons

Even though the law limits how many hours you can drive per day they disregard it totally if they have orders
