The benefits easily met my needs. Staff was enjoyable to work with. Tonic 3 hired team members who meshed well with established team.

It is difficult, for me, to provide cons. Tonic 3 met my needs very well.

Pros
Tonic3 management strives to bring skilled and talented employees to their company. They encourage continual education and offer a substantial annual allowance to do so. They make frequent visits to out-of-state sites to evaluate working conditions and performance of their employees. The salaries are highly competitive or higher. The recruiters have put together an amazing team to work with making for a great work environment.
Cons
I have no negative comments to share.
