Pros

Exposure to every technology any customer used, including new and innovative vendors. The ability to contribute to the success of the firm and its clients is unbounded if you are willing to put in the work. There are many great people who I get to work with and grow ideas. It's like being in the Big 4 with a lot of interesting challenges and the ability to positively impact your client, but without all of the political BS and striving to achieve partner level, while stepping on all of the folks doing the actual work (Big 4 was horrible to me). Health insurance has also been really valuable, given the current medical debacle in the US.

Cons

There are a lot of personalities so you have to be flexible and be able to communicate well.

Great place to work as a Data Center Technician. Management is responsive, supportive, and actually listens when issues come up. The team is solid and easy to collaborate with, which makes day to day work run smoothly. Overall, a positive environment with good leadership and teamwork.

Cons

I have no complaints about this company.
