      Great benefits and flexibility, but some process challenges

      Pros

      Great WFH flexibility, cool projects, nice office, generous compensation, good benefits, great lab, great resources, great management style, awesome customers.

      Cons

      No self directed 401k or in plan rollover option. No equity. IT, Security, and Acquisitions can be difficult to work with sometimes.

You may not have the most current information on our 401k Plan and flexibility options to optimize your PTO. Our 401k plan does allow self-directed investments and our 401k plan also accepts rollovers from prior jobs.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I've worked for. The work we do is so interesting, culture is appreciative and benefits are very good.

      Cons

      It is a government contracting company and like every government contracting company you have to deal with Government closures, although we handle it pretty well.
