Pros

Extremely interesting product line keeping one motivated to do great work. All key executives lead by example and don't shy away from busy work. There is a good balance of autonomy vs. following procedures. There is some flexibility of remote vs. on-site depending on one's role. Company sponsored lunches and events. Performance recognition and incentives. Good office location for those commuting by car or train.

Cons

These is a little bit of politics which becomes noticeable once you understand who the movers and shakers are. Among them are some strong personalities which, if you do not find a way to work with them, may seriously impact your ability to deliver work. Strategic priorities change rapidly and often overlap. Advancement process is vague.
