Pros

VIA is a good place to work, and I feel a strong sense of stability here. I have great work-life balance, and I feel supported by leadership. I feel comfortable expressing my ideas to leadership and I am confident that I am heard when I share.

Cons

At times, processes can move slowly. Communication between departments could also be better, but I have been seeing a shift in culture that makes me optimistic that these things will get better.
