Mismanagement, no work life balance, excessive and constant demands, lack of communication, discrimination based on age, race, and disability. They will actively lie to your face about the state of the company when you express concern about continued employment due to economic uncertainty only to pull you into the office an hour later and fire you whilst bragging about how their own jobs are safe.

Extremely mismanaged company with no focus on people, process, raw material quality, communication and everything else. Huge favoritism among 3-4 people who protect their jobs at the cost of others. No practice of good manufacturing techniques but a fancy front office to deceive customers & visitors, constant lies to customers to get by, worst of the micro management and personal favoritism by the CFO, no care for hourly people. Incapable leaders want to keep their jobs at all cost blaming others for company failures. Hopefully it goes bankrupt soon.
