The workflow and approach to daily tasks revolve around providing excellent patient care. I have been with Virginia Heart for years and have experienced fair treatment and pay. Depending on office location, the physicians are professional and appreciate of the input from registered nurses and seem to respect our knowledge base and professional assessment skills.

Cons

Pay is not as much as in the hospital, but work is not expected on weekends or holidays, either, so it's a trade-off.
