Pros

The pay and the benefits are great and some of the best I have ever seen. The team is a lot of fun and the managers are both fair, they tell you how it is from day 1 and dont beat around the bush.

Cons

There is a lot of travel, they tell you about it in the interview process.

Family Oriented Pay 4-5 day work week, weekends voluntary.

Cons

The main con for most emplyess is the travel. The management team is up front with this and informs people during the hiring process that travel is a part of the job.
