Pros
The only good thing I can say is the food was good and hourly pay wasn’t bad, although if you let them they will pay you as low as they can.
Cons
The management is awful, the whole store is poorly ran and disorganized, they use a lot of favoritism because 90% of the store is either related, married or dating one another, or both! They place people in positions they don’t deserve and are truly unable to manage, Forcing other employees to work twice as hard to pick up their slack, just because of personal, not work appropriate reasons. They use other employees as place holders until they find someone they really want and just kick you to a lesser position again if not fire you all together! Not to mention you get told one thing about being paid and something totally different happens. They are rude and look down on other people like they are better than everyone else and do not care about their employees! Awful company and it sucks everything turned out to be this way because the owners, Bruno and Randy, seemed to be really good people to work for. Then again, maybe they had me fooled just like the lying, shady, and sneaky Staff I worked with! Only giving one star because I had to!
