Cons
The company motto, values and ethics has sadly not evolved and has been lost with the "so called" growth of the company. There is a lack of organizational clarity and transparency, employees do not know the structure of the organization and where they fit in and are also unware of what the company aims to achieve in the near future. The HR department is clueless on how the company is shaping up, structures and the growth opportunities within the company. Leaders are on a hiring spree to add more man-power but they are only creating more managerial layers which is only creating nuisance and adding up to the micromanagement of the resources. Company definately lacks work life balance adding to this there is no employee growth and no future within the company. Attrition rate % has steadily increased over the years as the company is not able to retain talent.
