Extremely toxic work environment, no opportunity for growth, lots of favoritism and nepotism, gossip, blatant sexism, non-reactive HR department, outdated processes, no schedule flexibility, no reward for hard work only tenure, no attempt to retain employees who quit, lack of diversity.
