Pros

The resources offered to advisors is second to no one in this industry. We have good trainings from elites in the industry who we can use as resources.

Cons

WestPac has the most modern and streamlined process and philosphy packaged together. The only complaint I have with WestPac is the CRM smart office is anethma to the value that we as reps are providing to clients. It shouldn't be this counter intuitive, clunky, or have such a steep learning curve to move clients through the process...

Pros

Collaborative enviorment with all the advisors and the forward thinking process when it comes to planning and growth for clients. The leadership continues to share a client first mentality with execptional service at the forefront and not product.

Cons

Multiple systems to navigate as an advisor can be difficult to stay up to date.

Pros

The culture in the office is great. All the advisors are looking to help one another and collaborate extensively. Being new to the industry, this has offered a lot insight into how to build your own business while being supported by the company itself.

Cons

Prospecting as an early financial pro has a lot more difficulty associated with it than someone entering the field later on in life. More support on how to be successful working with people as a younger advisor with less credibility due to their age and/ or experience would help the younger professionals feel a bit more structured or secured.
