The company’s open door policy fosters a collaborative environment, with executives and managers alike demonstrating exceptional support and assistance. The company recognizes the importance of work-life balance and allows employees to use PTO/SICK time as they see fit without any questions asked.

Cons

The healthcare benefits package are expensive. No gym subsidies for employees who are trying to say fit.

Flexibility, uncapped commissions, great training, continued education. This is a company that wants to you to succeed and they provide the support and backbone to help you get there.

Your feedback is appreciated. We acknowledge that the Sales Rep job is hard and not for everyone. In this business, the capture rate is low.....and that is the nature of it. Our most successful Sales reps plan their approach to the market strategically -- high value activities such as teaching dealer self sufficiency and growing their dealer base. It is easy to get distracted with lower value activities and get in a rut. Our continuous focus is to help our Sales team identify this and pivot. If we can crack it fully I will write a best selling book about it -- until then, we will keep seeking improvement......
