I really enjoyed my time working at Windy City Call Center. I worked making outbound calls to students and potential job seekers. The team was supportive and I made really great friends. It also allowed me to have a legitimate work from home experience.

Cons

There are times when you have to interact with customers who are not happy you called. It can be hard, but management was very supportive in helping us navigate the issue.
