Pros

High flexibility, great/weird/fun culture, well-aligned leadership. Tech stack is modern, lots of collaboration across teams, product focus. Not venture backed--company can make and has made decisions based on long-term outcomes. Customers love them.

Cons

No clear path for training junior employees. Not as much name recognition as some similar companies.
