      Pros

      People The benefits are solid, the pay is competitive, and there's a strong culture of collaboration across teams. The executive team is also notably supportive and accessible, which contributes to a sense of alignment and trust throughout the organization. Most people respect and enjoy working for their Executive Leader.

      Cons

      Too many meetings Lots of reporting Lack of autonomy BUT if you are organized enough, you make all that part of your routine. Once trust is earned things tend to shift. No company is perfect, but if you believe in what you are doing you can understand the reasoning behind certain decisions. The CEO makes it clear that if you are not happy then you should leave, so people do then come to glassdoor and post negative reviews. As they say: hurt people hurt people.

      Vision focused

      Pros

      People are hired based on culture so the people are great. Employee gatherings are always fantastic. The company is vision driven and if employees are bought into that vision the workload makes sense.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. It is a fast paced and innovative company. Not a good fit for everyone but people are upfront about that during the hiring process.
